“It’s White Castle! It’s not a gourmet restaurant. I enjoyed my lunch. It could’ve been better. When you ask for everything and you only get a spot of mustard and ketchup, well that’s probably because their hands are tired after working so many hours and squeezing that bottle. Neither the double cheeseburgers nor the french fries or hot.

It’s a very busy store. I think the staff is focused on getting the food out the door to the Customer. I’ll be back there again in a week or two for another White Castle lunch.“

“When we arrived the young man behind the counter greeted us he was one of the most polite courteous attendance I've seen in a long time he made suggestions took our order and told us to have a seat that he would bring our order out to us he was courteous throughout our stay he was trained well in customer service we had ham sandwiches and they were delicious“

But when we got the sandwich, it had cheese in the middle. AND my fries were Away too salty!!! “Absolutely, blown away. I play some mobile order for a big Mac. No salt, no pickles and 2 drinks, literally less than 5 minutes later, I go in there. It It is a big mac just like I ordered and the drinks with reasonable amount of ice in both! Even though it was a mobile order, I was still greeted and smiled at by the staff and wished a good day to which I reciprocated back! Exactly the kind of service that I would expect twenty or thirty years ago! Well Done!“
