As dining out has many options, it is someone like Al that makes the decision easier. Bouna, speaking from the prospective of a former consumer of the the other beef place, starts with a P, Bouna is hands down the best beef, best service, best service individuals in the whole of Chicago area. “I was picking up a delivery order earlier this afternoon. A handicapped gentleman in front of me was struggling to finish his order and pay. The young man at the cashier was extremely patient, kind and ended up covering the meal. He did it without embarrassing the customer or making it known to his coworkers. It was the most compassionate act of service I’ve seen from a fast food restaurant. I failed to catch his name but this location has great and thoughtful employees. My food was still on time, too.“

“The Wendy's closest to me, I do not go to anymore. The employees there are rude. This location is Glen Ellyn, is fast superior as far as customer service. Especially the young man who waited on me at the drive up window. I wish i knew his name because he deserves some recognition.
