“Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Even asked what my favorite, my kids favorite ice cream was and packed up a bunch of pints on the house! I’m not sure that I’ve experienced customer care even close to this - so unbelievably grateful for the amazing staff here.“
“Eduardo is a very good worker . He was so polite and friendly . He made it an experience not just buying ice cream . I have always gone to ice cream places but this worker went above and beyond . He answered all of my questions while being friendly and helpful . I didn’t feel rushed. He let me take time to decide . I will definitely come back here !“
“I've came here all the time growing up and always love it! It's located conveniently in downtown downers near the metra and library. There's so many flavors to choose from and the staff are always willing to give you samples (which is amazing when you're indecisive like me haha). My favorite flavor ice cream is Oreo cheesecake!“
“I visited this location on 11/5/23 because my boyfriend had been saying how good it is. I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender and asked for 3 regular tenders and 3 barbecue tenders and my boyfriend got a patty melt, we also got cheese fries, drinks and condiments. The 3 staff members working were so friendly and nice! The tenders were amazing... probably the best chicken tenders I've ever had, and the ranch was so good that I wish I had taken some home. My boyfriend liked his patty melt as well. The cheese fries were pretty good and came with plenty of cheese sauce. I definitely will be coming here again for the chicken tenders and ranch! 10/10!“
“This is a great place to pick up your favorite ice cream treat! The service is good except when super busy, in which you will wait... Not the best atmosphere to eat outside as the area is a strip mall next to a liquor store. Best to take you treat and scoot to one of the many parks that are very close.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces as it is located in a large strip mall area.“
