“We love Kimmer's. Our Scooper/Ice Cream Tech/Flavor Expert on our visit, yesterday, was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic. We each tried a flavor that we have not tasted, before. As always, they were fab. My Chocolate Covered Cherry paired deliciously with my fave Aztec Hot Chocolate. My daughter had an across-the-board peanut butter crush, Bear Cub Tracks sharing a Waffle Cone with one of her favorites, Parent Trap. Delish!“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

“First ever Boba place I've been too that had a beautiful interior, had a machine with handmade nails at a reasonable price and a gachapon with cute characters, The nice employee there was fun to talk and watch make out drinks! “I've been coming here for 2 years and this place is absolutely amazing❤️ the cookies are amazing and the staff is always super friendly and professional. There hasn't been a time that, I've been in here, where they haven't been putting out fresh stuff, which is wonderful. This place is always super clean and you can get your order pretty fast. You can order through the kiosk or you can ask someone to help you. “I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“Solid italian food. I've only tried their pastas and they were very good. Good quality chicken and servings are plentiful. The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. Also, allow take out ordering on holidays such as new years eve when you're open.“

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. He made sure we got what we were looking for and shared the recipes so the recipients would know what to ask for next time. The two blizzards were delivered, and the kids LOVED them. Thanks so much! “Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing!
