I waited a while to be helped because they were slammed with drive in orders!

I ordered the usual black coffee and a water

Barista was urgent and careful with my order.

She placed it all in cup holder without me asking for one. Very convenient!

The place was extremely clean. considering how busy they were, i was impressed they were able to upkeep.

Will recommend!

“What a big difference a few years make. After years of subpar service this Dunkin Dounuts has vastly improved. I have had to abandon 3 DD facilities due to orders not being ready on time. This location has my order ready every Sunday morning. And the delightful Fatima greets us everytime with a warm and pleasant smile. Checks our order to ensure it is correct. I recommend that Fatima becomes a CSR trainer, she has a lot to teach on politeness and courtesy goes a long way. General Manager: Fatima needs a raise immediately if not sooner!“

“I really like this place, unique tasty coffee and a very kind owner. I hope they do well! Some constructive criticism, they could use more staff, coffee took a very long time. I also wish it was more organized and childproofed. Don’t let this stop you, I’m sure they will work out the kinks. There’s nothing else like this place, super cool.“
