“Came here for the 1st time tonight after driving past it a hundred times. Loved it! It is so close by. They have a new lineup of fruit milk teas so I tried the mango. It was delicious! It tastes like real mango and real tea with the milk and yummy tapioca....it wasn't a flavor syrup which is what I was expecting. The flavors all came together wonderfully. This place has a fun vibe....even has games you can play while sipping your reasonably priced tea. I'll be back ....sounds like there is always something new here on the drink lineup. “this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

The barista’s are exceptionally, friendly, social, and even care enough to remember remember the names of returning customers. They are the reason why we continue to return to this Starbucks location over and over and over again.“

“used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared. I'll order a sandwich and a drink and only the drink will be out. “I hit this location up during the week at least once or twice for my kids. The employees are literally the best! I’ve been to many locations and this is 1 of 2 where I enjoy my experience. Yash is welcoming, recognizes my kids and me, and always smiles at the crack of dawn. Love going there, will only go there, and will tell everyone to go there. Best Dunkin location. Period.“

“My husband and I stopped in here about a month ago, and I forgot to review. But the fact that I remembered just shows how much of an impact this place had on us.

The owner was very genuine, dedicated to the art of coffee and obviously cares for his community a great deal. The atmosphere was wonderful, the board games and books are a very nice touch and it feels very family-friendly. We had about two hours to kill and we spent the time playing scrabble and drinking delicious matcha.

We are not in the area often, but we hope to have a chance to stop in again someday.“

A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“
