5 stars when Bobby is working. He is a gem! I was in the drive thru and he was working inside but spotted me as a regular in the morning and came out to say good morning to me. I loved it and his friendliness is what convinces me to go back in the mornings. Unfortunately he got yelled at for coming outside and talking to me but honestly he's what keeps bringing me back with his warm, friendly, and outgoing personality. He is a model of what all staff should be.
There is a super awesome guy, Bobby, that works the drive through in the mornings. He is so friendly and energetic and always helps to start your day off with a smile. Cheers to Bobby!

So I've lived in Westmont for awhile now and if you can, avoid this location and go to either the Ogden one, Clarendon Hills, or even Plainfield off 75th.Even with a mobile order that was placed 20 mins ago ahead of time, 5-6 cars will still get their food ahead of you.Also the drive thru worker, guy with dark hair walking to drive thru cars on 3/26 TOOK A PIC of our car license plate... any reason for this???When I go in other times, the older lady with grey hair is super nice....read full review
