I placed a pick up order, I usually go through drive through but this time i placed pick up. Going to pick up my order I was disgusted at the site. I ordered 2 drinks, a sandwich and yogurt. There were 3 other orders. Just thrown on the counter. I could have easily walked away with someone else’s order. No organization, no bags, stoppers or cup holders. I had to ask for them all. used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared.
