So, most of the reason for my lower score to this location is due to the parking lot. It is a cluster. Between the drive thru and other businesses, people are driving in and out and all over. This location does have a lot of seating. I ordered an iced coffee - black. I witnessed the barista overflowing the cup and then setting it on another counter. Staff was friendly, but the parking lot alone would make me choose another Starbucks in the area.
I believe this is the worst Starbucks, I ordered a venti ice coffee with 7 pumps of classic syrup and cream was not given any cream. I also ordered a grande iced coffee with blonde espresso and three pumps of vanilla, instead I was given a shot of espresso with vanilla. When I went up to the register to get it fixed the cashier was very rude “i literally asked you”. He was also wearing his headset while taking my order. I had to repeat myself more than once. Incredibly busy and the workers were HUSTLING back there. I watched a few customers give them attitude about time but they’re doing their best and they’re super nice if you are. Treat baristas like humans!! Five stars for the great coffee and hard working
