No customer service at this location. Stood and waited with nobody in line in front of me and looked like they ware not interested in taking my order. Afternoon on a slow day … it’s just sad.Don’t spend your money here.

Incredibly busy and the workers were HUSTLING back there. I watched a few customers give them attitude about time but they’re doing their best and they’re super nice if you are. Treat baristas like humans!! Five stars for the great coffee and hard working

The employees at this location are rude and entitled. They don’t take Uber orders seriously and I’ve had 3 issues now specifically Uber orders. Then one of the people (I would assume a manager) called me back asking to explain my situation and then proceeded to hang up on me as I was speaking. I’m not sure why these workers think they are superior to their customers. Learn to take accountability. Poor hiring. I also come here every other day because for some reason they only listen to you when you spend money directly at the store, but I will no longer be spending my money here.

On a busy morning (for me, not for Starbucks), I placed an online order for oatmeal, hoping that this would be the quickest method if I wanted it "to go." I waited in the store for 20 min, and a total of 25 min had gone by since I placed the online order. I finally decided to go and ask if they'd received my order. The barista's response: "Oh yea, we received it but we're out of oatmeal. Sorry about that" Just like they call people's name when their food/coffee is ready, they could've called mine and told me that they were out of oatmeal. I wasted all the time I had for breakfast and ended up skipping breakfast that day.

So, most of the reason for my lower score to this location is due to the parking lot. It is a cluster. Between the drive thru and other businesses, people are driving in and out and all over. This location does have a lot of seating. I ordered an iced coffee - black. I witnessed the barista overflowing the cup and then setting it on another counter. Staff was friendly, but the parking lot alone would make me choose another Starbucks in the area.

Brand New — but Staff and Management. Wanted to charge $4 for a Venti Ice Water & a LITERAL splash of lemonade. -($.60) while i still purchased 2 other drinks - they made a weird assumption of trying to “get over on the company from a TikTok craze” —the manager referenced this unnecessarily. Just Very condescending and unfriendly. I hope to take this higher honestly.

I use to like this location. But now the staff is extremely rude, tries to over charge, and won’t fix mistakes. I asked for a peppermint mocha. But when they put it in, Charlie put it in as a mocha with peppermint syrup. It was more expensive than I thought, so I told him I asked for a peppermint mocha. Instead of changing it he told me it’s the same thing. I had to argue with him and tell him it’s more expensive that way before he would change it. It’s an .80 cent different, which he never apologized for. He couldn’t put in an extra second to fix his mistake. And he’s the manager! At least that’s what he told me.

I believe this is the worst Starbucks, I ordered a venti ice coffee with 7 pumps of classic syrup and cream was not given any cream. I also ordered a grande iced coffee with blonde espresso and three pumps of vanilla, instead I was given a shot of espresso with vanilla. When I went up to the register to get it fixed the cashier was very rude “i literally asked you”. He was also wearing his headset while taking my order. I had to repeat myself more than once. I was very nice about it and I didn’t appreciate the attitude. I had another experience with the same employee was rude and i ordered a strawberry açaí and a matcha latte with coconut milk. He put coconut milk in all of my drinks. I didn’t make a fuss and left. At this point I hate that I was given attitude when I was super nice about it.

Visited Starbucks yesterday and had the pleasure of being served by Barista Ismael. He was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to clarify my doubts about the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, even sharing a sample to taste. His approachability and knowledge were refreshing, especially in the usually bustling and hurried environment of Starbucks. It's evident Ismael genuinely cares about customers’ experiences, setting a high standard for client care. I’m highly impressed and believe Starbucks needs more employees like him. A memorable experience, thanks to Ismael!
