“Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “It's very handy to have a Starbucks inside Elmhurst Hospital. This one is very tidy, warm and comfortable with a couple of big tables and a few cozy leather chairs. No wait. Super pleasant barista. Well-stocked selection of items to buy. Quiet, comfortable and cozy.“

“The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

Not great for dining in!! The place gets pretty filled up if folks are waiting for their food after ordering…
