“I seriously love this place. I would come everyday if I could! I may just start because they’re so amazing. Their treats are guilt-free, low calorie, high protein, and FILLING. Not only that, they taste amazing and always have different specials with many different products to try!! I love their donuts and iced coffee. It really helps when those bad sweet cravings hit. This is a much better option. They have great customer service too. The family who owns it is so sweet! I am seriously so happy this place exists!“
“TEN A.M. PICK-ME-UPIt doesn't matter if you're early for work or running late, you still need a good morning snack. This Dunkin Donuts is attached to the Stone Park Shell, opposite the Menards on North Ave. I'm not much of a coffee drinker (not one at all, actually) but I've got the perpetual munchies and on that front, Dunkin' gets a gold star. I'll pop in the drive-thru before heading into the office and grab a variety of savory items that allow me to power through the workday. The snackin' bacon ($2.50) is magical. A lil' bag of crispy bacon strips are sprinkled with a sweet peppery blend, though inevitably some batches are seasoned better than others. The ham & cheese rollups (2 for $3) are decent and I usually throw in an order of 6pc hash browns, too (99¢). Ain't nothing wrong with the croissant sandwich, either.I recently discovered the wonderfulness that are DD bagel minis (2 for $2.50), which are way more fun -- and way more spherical! -- than a normal, boring a** bagel. They're stuffed with cream cheese and you can pick between 'plain' or 'everything'. Unless you've got an allergy to sesame or poppyseeds, get the 'everything'.Most mornings, I interact with the same guy at the drive-thru. An older Latinx woman worked here at some point, she was very kind and let me practice ordering stuff in Spanish. The inside is always decorated according to the season -- snowflakes in January, American flags in July -- and only once have they ever messed up my order. Across dozens of visits spanning 7 years, they have a consistent track record.* TL;DR *I'd say this location is fairly run-of-the-mill, but I've come across a few horrendous DD's in my day (obviously fake ones) and this Dunkin is anything but. Most of the time, I'm in and out of here in a flash. It's close to my office, so I'm happy to give them repeat business.“
“This place is a total experience! The food is delicious, the decor is artsy and beautiful, and the owners are absolute gems. my family and I went for the first time yesterday and had the BEST time. we came for some quick pierogi but stayed for the ambiance, warm welcome, and fantastic conversation with the owners. This cafe is charming beyond belief and we will definitely be back. This is the perfect place to stop in with some friends or loved ones when you are out and about in the neighborhood. I guarantee you will want to come back again and again.“
“I had stopped in here before to get an iced coffee and it did not disappoint , this time I went back for something new :Iced Coconut matcha latte! So delicious ! For someone who loves matcha, this has to be one of my favorites in the city!Loved the compliment too!“
“This was a hidden gem to me. It is a great sunlit spot for everyone in the village. This felt welcoming and warm. Let me tell you about the coffee, spectacular. I felt like I was back in Paris! The only draw back is too many choices and all delicious. Plus the staff knows they are the best…thanks Kelsey (who is my new bestie ?) for the info about everything being good, you were right!!“
“I went to the opening for October Café yesterday and had such a good time! The drinks are well made and quickly done. The food tastes delicious and is incredibly friendly to those with dietary restrictions. The staff are incredibly kind and well trained. Can't recommend this place enough!“
“The cafe is small but super cute and v aesthetic I had a banana crepe to-go and a small latte, super delicious! ? I hope they add more of a variety to their menu soon like something Latino ?? They speak Spanish which is very helpful since my dad only speaks Spanish. Will definitely be back ?✨“
“This is my new favorite spot in La Grange! It is located east of Noodles and Co. on Calendar. It is quite small, but a great place to pick up healthy smoothies and bowls. Most things are dairy free, or vegan. I particularly love their soups! Try them out. The staff is also extremely friendly.“
“I love supporting local businesses, and being a local to DP it was a must. We visit here on a weekly basis and have tried all the flavors. Oreo being my sons favorite, and the tropicals mine for sure ?Sometimes there is a gentleman that works with the owner is a heavy cigarette ? smoker “ smelled like Joe ? “Didn’t care much for the smell on him , but super friendly.“
“Very friendly lady (reminded me of my grandma) in the front to greet you. Cute little local coffee shop. With great prices after COVID especially. Most coffee shops around Chicago area have raised their prices so was nice to spend less. Obviously i support small business' raising their prices to survive. That's life. I ordered a dirty chai and it was great! Great coffee. However was a bit sweet but that was my fault for rushing to the bathroom and not talking to the kind lady about what sweetness I wanted. ALSO the bathroom is very CLEAN. It was like a home bathroom. Please others keep it clean as well :)“
“We love supporting local business in the city of Des Plaines! This was a gem that we found today and the coffee was delicious. The employees of River Woods Funeral Chapels had the LaVie En Rose and the Mocha. We loved getting to know the staff and making friends in the lobby. Parking was also very convenient. This will be our usual place to get coffee!!!!!! Des Plaines Local Guide“

“I have been to Pantera Superfoods on multiple occasions for smoothie bowls. Their bowls are delicious and the owner is so kind. I am so excited to have this place in Edgebrook. I used to drive to Bucktown for smoothie bowls. Great option on the NW side for a healthy lunch.“
“I enjoyed my drink which was the Yemeni tea with honey. It was so delicious and flavorful. The pastries were yummy too. Love the open atmosphere, especially when the doors are open. The cashier was helpful when I had questions ordering and my drink came out quickly. Highly recommend!“
“It was our first time yesterday and everyone there was so nice & welcoming! I believe the owners were there cleaning and just being present in their shop. They were so friendly when stopping to talk to customers. The coffee is amazing but they also have breakfast/lunch sandwiches! The Benedict Arnold? 10/10 the biggie shakes? 10/10 & you’re supporting a small business!“
“The food is authentic Italian and is delicious, especially the Rigatoni Con Sugo Di Carne! You can dine in to enjoy pleasant atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. It's in the center of a strip building between other restaurants that look alike so it's kind of hard to notice. In fact, I was told about the place and I live six blocks from it and drive by it almost every day.I have not tried the pizza since the Rigatoni is so good. If you like genuine Italian food, try it. You will return!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs look like they can roll right in. It's all ground level.“
“This place carries a huge variety of magazines, including in foreign languages. That said, my favorite area to browse is the wall of books on Chicago; the various neighborhoods, unique bits of history, architecture and on & on. The cafe area excels in its own right with coffee & pastries - even vegan options. Enjoy a great cup of coffee and live music on weekends. Just a wonderful place.“
“I love this coffee shop. They were friendly, they knew me by name, and their coffee and specialty drinks are tasty. I also really enjoyed their Avacado toast. It was absolutely delicious. It is refreshing to go to a locally own coffee shop, that has a wonderful atmosphere, and great prices too. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the area.“
“This place is outstanding! The service is top notch, the handcrafted drinks are out of this world, and the owners greet you with a smile, a huge selling point in my book. C3 is an excellent addition to Village Crossing! Try ALL their seasonal drinks (I did for the winter and they were all great!“
“Wow, this place is AMAZING? Great service, hopping atmosphere, and every single one of our dishes were delicious. We will be making this establishment a regular breakfast place during our Chicago visits! Food ordered was: Breakfast burrito Croissant Sandwich Buttermilk pancakes with a side of crispy bacon!“
“One of the best coffee roasters in the western burbs, and definitely my favorite coffee shop to work from. Their signature and seasonal drinks are great, plus this location also serves cocktails. Highly recommend!Parking: Parking is ample, but can be a bit tricky due to the layout of the building.“
“I’ve been going to Addis for the past 7 years and rarely skip a day… What drew me in was the very best tasting pour over that I’ve ever had and what keeps me coming back is the family feeling: from the friendly crew behind the counter to the local residents who make Addis a must have part of their daily routine, this place is well worth a try. I guarantee that once you try Addis coffee, their amazing waffles, avocado toast, Ethiopian chechebsa, turmeric lattes etc… you will be hooked!“
“I've known for a long time that I can get a great cup of coffee in a pleasant and upbeat shop at Perkolator, but today I learned that they're also a woman-owned business on their Instagram page, so I wanted to hop on here and say, thanks for the great coffee and service, Perkolator. And also thank you for highlighting being woman owned. You rock and I'm celebrating your success today and always.“
“Great little spot to pick up a bite, a coffee, and read/study/ or work for a bit. The food was delicious but a bit on the smaller side for my taste. Nothing to hold me back from visiting again. I definitely recommend if you are in the area. Check it out!“
“Really enjoyed this unique coffee and gelato place. Not only was the latte perfect, but the gelato was also really fresh and they had plenty of flavors. I saw others getting Nutella crepes that also looked amazing. Will most definitely come back!“
“Ate at Harvest Pancake House & Grill for a late breakfast/early lunch and loved it! We got the country skillet and a chipotle chicken avocado panini with fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was surprised how good and moist the chicken was. Place was clean and fresh. Service was great and the waitress were all very friendly and polite.“
“Best coffee shop in all Oak Park, IL, I do like the place, the atmosphere, the coffee is really really good, you should go, have some pastries or croissants. I recommend The Coffee although they have tea and other beverages. I highly recommend this place. The service is outstanding, smooth“
“Tierra was our first stop on a 50th birthday biking bar crawl for my husband. We are eternally grateful for all the extra special touches they provided for our party - from the customized menus to the friendly and quick service to the best shot I've ever had, the whole experience was just perfect. We had a great time and will most definitely be back!“
“LOVE the Brazilian empanadas here & the pao de queijo! All the empanada flavors are delish & I love the crust but some of my favorites include: beef, chicken, ham & cheese & the breakfast ones. I also get the Brazilian lemonade. Place is clean, bright & cheery & I had great service today. This is a favorite for me & I travel here just to get the empanadas & pao de queijo.“
“Five stars for great coffee (I had a large latte), comfy setup, and nice staff. However, I did not like my yuca waffle. It was sticky and chewy, the consistency of a gummy bear. The place was very full and people seem to be enjoying their food, so I will be back and I will try something else.“
“Nice place to take your laptop for work in the morning. If you want to become a Chicago burb local and adopt the "Da Bears" accent, this place is right up your street. Get a matcha latte (no oat or soy milk for me please. Only Whole Milk unless you have raw cow's milk) or just one of the Collectivo brews. They sell Collectivo beans and their private label beans which are nice. I don't eat donuts, but they have a better selection than Dunkin'. And do you like dogs? Well there's a little dog too- Chanel, your temporary emotional support animal.Do you want to live a real-life Cheers episode where everybody knows your name? And you're always (kinda) glad you came? You wanna be where you can see (the) troubles are all the same (kinda), you wanna go where everybody knows your name. Behold the wonder... Gosia's Cafe...Parking: The upstanding American who is the local parking enforcer makes the rounds. Make sure to move your vehicle at the two-hour mark.Kid-friendliness: Kids can go there and scream, but I recommend parental controls.“
“Of all the places I've tried around the city, Taste of Colombia has the best coffee anywhere in Chicago. My favorite part though is the wonderful people who work there! I feel super fortunate to have them just two blocks from my house. Make sure to give them a try!How cool this place is! They have the best coffee and desserts in all of Chicago, but the best thing is the people who work there. Many thanks to Naima, Toni and Alejandra. Always a pleasure to spend some time with you every weekend!“
“If you live in Chicago or surrounding area, you know about Eli's Cheesecake Company. It is available in most local grocery stores and many restaurant have it on their dessert menu.If you are fortunate enough to live on the Northwest side of Chicago, you can swing by the Eli's Cafe And Retail store which is next to the warehouse. You can stop by for a slice of cheesecake and coffee or stock up on frozen cheesecake and desserts. Key Lime Cheesecake is the best! Seconds or irregulars are available at a reduced price.Check out their Dock Sales during the year.I ♥️ Eli's Cheesecake!Parking: Tons of parking and the lot is right by the main entrance.“
“5 stars all around. This place attracts the best humans on the planet who create an instant community. It's not like Starbucks where most folks are cold/to themselves. People here are warm and friendly. Great place to go if you want to socialize and remain sober. The world needs more atmospheres like this and the coffee, tea and pastries were the best I ever had.“
“Greenwood Deli is the best bagel shop in the area. Great bagels, excellent cream cheese, and deli sandwiches too. My favorite is the breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage. Staff is always super friendly too. It's a pickup place only though so don't plan on eating there.“
“This place is legit! I’ve been meaning to try this little taco shop since I can walk to it - yesterday I finally did and wow! Surprised me at how great the food was and will definitely be back again. The inside is small but can seat a few folks but it’s the tables outside that make for a great spot to enjoy some tasty food with friends. Make sure to grab a horchata too! So yummy!“
“I have never had a bad meal from Gnarly. I have been going here for a few months now and I'm just obsessed. Do yourself a favor and check out the specials. Their barista is a freaking genius when it comes to their specialty drinks. I would eat here everyday if I could. If you love soft pretzels gnarly is the place to be.“
“The cookies are delicious. The brownies are out of this world. And the cinnamon rolls (just had my first one there) are truly the best I've ever had in my life. The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. Five stars all around for Blackout Baking Co.!“
“The food was delicious and so fresh! The country fried steak was a little salty but overall delicious! Everything was fairly priced. The server was so friendly and kind. Very attentive as well and they served the food exactly how we asked for it. We will definitely dine in again.“
“Would I visit this place again: YesWas this place clean: YesOutdoor seating: YesWas this place hard to find: NoWhat would I change about this place: NothingWhat was my favorite thing about this place: Real homemade espresso and delicious food. The atmosphere is authentic and I felt at home again.“
“This place is amazing. I went to NO a few times in my youth. The first time I went I got red beans and rice right on the street and decided I probably never needed to eat anything else ever. This place brought that back to me. Through sausage on it. Might be gilding the lily but maybe some lily’s like it.The rigamaroo was so freaking good. The po boys were spicy and deliciousThe gumbo. Lord the gumbo. The flavor, then”juice” the gravy…whatever it’s called.l. So good…but I want it to have shrimp in it though…or maybe crawfish…but I might die of deliciousnessCountry music makes me very sad so I took one star away for ambiance. It is the old school stuff so only one point taken away.“
“I stopped by BlackBerry market on yesterday and the atmosphere was busy but flowed smoothly. The smell of coffee was invigorating and I got the drip coffee , a chocolate chip cookie, iced peppermint coffee and a raspberry lemon muffin!! Service was smooth and effective, the breakfast items were yummy and fresh!! The coffee of the coffee!! Strong yet tranquil!! Fresh drip is self serve!! Loved that! The iced peppermint coffee was just what I needed !! Let me say this.. after breakfast and coffee.. I came home cooked a full dinner and washed clothing and was done before 1pm! lol energy!!!! “A quick Google search led my sweetooth here. What an amazing experience. Very nice roomy and contemporary seating area. Wonderful coffee brewed right in front of me. A wonderful flavor filled tart completed my experience. I can’t wait to come back.“
“Went in for the third time yesterday for a quick lunchtime snack and caffeine. On the recommendation of the baristas, I ordered the ham and havarti croissant and a coffee. Both of the items were excellent. The environment was comfortable and well designed for either relaxing or for light work. Left feeling overall pleased with the experience and would definitely return to Vigo again.“
“Took my son here to try a boba drink. With the help of a little girl who frequents the shop, she suggested getting the strawberry aid with strawberry popping Boba and it was so good! The popping Boba taste like strawberries when they pop! We also tried the Korean corn dog with hot Cheetos Topping- delicious!!“
“A cute place! The guy who was working made my boyfriends and my experience so much more enjoyable. He had a smile on his face and was very kind! The coffee and muffin were delicious and the shop is very chill :) we found a new Sunday morning coffee shop stop!“
“The perfect to spot to grab something delicious and healthy on the go! Every menu item I have tried is so good! My favorites are the sunset bowl, the protein donuts and white chocolate resses protein shake and the Skittles Lit Tea ?Damaris is always kind and caring!“
“We moved to EP recently and we’re so happy to find a non-chain coffee place. It was a huge bonus that they have GF options that are really good! Muffins and breakfast sandwiches especially the Express train are delicious. The ambiance is cool and chill. The service is great. Would love to see them get a better oat milk cream.“
“Didn't know this place existed. Always passed by but was going for some café con leche and a friend suggested we go here because they'd been there and thought it was good. They were not lying! So good that I ordered a 2nd cup! Ordered some appetizers and not the best ,but not the worst either. Columbian food in general is good and this place offers all sorts of items to choose from. We tried at least one of each of the main staple Columbian delicacies- pan de bono, pan de bono with guava , pan de bono con queso( our favs)YUM! And well, it's very very good, the baristas make good café con leche! . The best part, not only does their coffee and food menu offer a good variety, they are open until 9pm daily.. I stop in for coffee here at least 3/4 x's a week. That's how good the coffee and treats are. If you decide to sit and enjoy, the salsa music playing over the speakers will keep you dancing in your seat.. their staff are all attentive and very friendly ,making the whole experience nice. Tip, if you order any of the pan de bonos or empanadas, ask that they warm them up for ( they are alot better warmer. This place is a winner !“
“Miley's Nutrition is a great place.adequate nutrition. Great selection of leaded teas and shakes. Maribel is an amazing person, great personality friendly and always welcoming. she makes delicious shakes, one of my favorites is the mazapan shake. been coming here for almost three years.“
