“I have stopped by this DD on my drives out of O’hare heading home to Chicago a few times now. Here are some of my observations: Coffee is always fresh and they make a delicious Croissant with Egg and Cheese. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating if you want some fresh air and sunlight. The drive through is efficient and never too busy. The service has been super inconsistent ranging from apathetic to dismissive and impersonal- it’s a DD, we don’t expect to make a bestie but have some manners. Basic ones like greeting people. So the vibes are definitely off- do drive through or hang outside - don’t try to do a friendly neighborhood thing of walking in and grabbing a bite to get yourself together before a long drive in crazy traffic “
“I ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 donuts and didn't want too much ice but when I was presented with the coffee..half the cup was filled with ice and i told the only lady that was there that i didn’t want that much ice she then tells me that it would not be ice coffee then so i told her that i was the customer and that's how i want it and when i asked her who the manager was she replied that she was and i told her that she was a poor excuse to be that position.,and told her i would call the corporate office which I'm still waiting to hear from.“
“Not slacker employees but I've got to admit the fries were lukewarm that's the worst lukewarm fries! (Jim Gaffigan right lol) I know that's just the moment of one time, one visit, so you can ignore that. The staff is on the move that's refreshing! They actually have employees unlike so many other fast food chains! Lol“
“Gretel is a neighborhood staple. The food is outstanding. From the proteins to the pasta to the burger... everything is A-grade. It's my go to spot with friends. Drinks are high quality -- the old fashion is a must-try. Service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Cool lounge area downstairs too to enjoy apps and drinks.“
“An absolutely beautiful locally owned coffee shop in an area with few options. It's open and bright, and they host community events. The staff are friendly and helpful and the drinks (haven't tried the food yet, but hope to soon!) are very good!“
“Bang Bang has been a neighborhood favorite of mine for years! Tastes like it's made with love. The biscuits, the pies, the sides, you can't go wrong! I usually get a scratch biscuit with sweet, a side salad or side of candied bacon, and a slice of pie to go :) Delicious! Great patio space for the summer!“
“The most beautiful people, FOOD, and service here!! The Empanadas were hands down the very best I’ve had! Chicken Tinga would be my number one choice!! The ground beef and potato was also very tasty! 10/10 all around. The overall ambience has a very positive, peaceful vibe!! Will definitely return! Joseline and Claudia were so sweet. “This place is a total experience! The food is delicious, the decor is artsy and beautiful, and the owners are absolute gems. my family and I went for the first time yesterday and had the BEST time. we came for some quick pierogi but stayed for the ambiance, warm welcome, and fantastic conversation with the owners. This cafe is charming beyond belief and we will definitely be back. This is the perfect place to stop in with some friends or loved ones when you are out and about in the neighborhood. I guarantee you will want to come back again and again.“

“Love this Starbucks! I have gone here I want to say over 20 times by now (lol) ever since moving to the area. It's a relatively small Starbucks located on the intersection of two busy streets and lights. Parking is a little tight sometimes but it's only because it's a small location overall located in a tight spot. On the brightside, the drive-thru is usually very quick with little to no line. You enter the lot one way and exit the lot one way, so there's never any merging lines or confusion like at some other Starbucks I've been to. The staff here is everythingggggg! They are so so so personable, friendly, and enthusiastic. It's always a breeze scanning for points and redeeming rewards. The employees truly are so helpful and nice. We all know the drinks at Starbucks are good - they always got the best seasonal drinks and items. This location also makes a mean Pink Drink (my favorite).I love this Starbucks location and definitely recommend it for my coffee and tea lovers!“
