This Starbucks is a really nice spot near some houses, and it is one of the favorite spots to stop by. The staff is always friendly, and they remember orders, making visits feel personal and comforting. It is clean, relaxed, and a great place to work or take a break with a coffee. It is so much more than just coffee—it is community. The team is some of the sweetest and most caring people, with warm smiles and genuine conversations. They go above and beyond, and it is clear they truly care about the people who walk through the doors. The store and all the employees are excellent, and they are an essential part of the community.

Hard to navigate to where the drive thru begins if coming from the West, with a lot of do not enter signs, but the food was good and the drinks were warm. One specific barista, Heidi at the River Grove IL store, is the nicest, kindest, most polite employee, and orders are always right. Another employee, Julisa, answered 20 questions about Pumpkin Spice cold and the different options, telling how each was made. The Iced Pumpkin cream chai was very good. Great Customer service.
