“CLUMPS. Normally no issues we have been going to this location for 5 yrs but whoever made the matcha today didnt bother to whisk/blend. Like i dont expect 5 star matcha from Starbucks but clumps of matcha powder all over the drink with one pebble sized clump is just laziness. Again normally not an issue but pls inform that one employee today 6/27/26 around noon.“

“This Mcdonald's in Franklin Park on Manheim Rd is a Bunch of Covid Caving Cowards Who don't Value Customers or Service. Me & my brother were here this morning. After we ordered our food & were seated to eat. Another employee who appeared to be on break eating & sitting down near us stated that we couldn't eat there and had to leave. She said it was for employees only to eat there. In my defense the App allowed me to state that I was eating in. Even another employee asked if we were eating here or taking to go while we were waiting for our food. So even tho parts of the lobby were clearly closed off they had some other customers who were sitting & eating their food. I noticed that the customers appeared to be Hispanic & most of the staff at this store appeared to be Hispanic. It appears that me & my brother were treated differently for some reason or another? Why was other customers allowed to eat there but we weren't? Was their favoritism or were they friends of someone here? Also why would the app allowed me to choose eat in & another employee even asked us if we were eating there or taking to go if they just decided to kick us out anyways? Seems to be a lack of information going on here? I sure hope that this is looked into & I will be contacting the store manager along with the owner of this mcdonald's. If you don't want to have your business be fully open then just lock the doors and close up if you don't want to take care of your customers. I don't want to hear no crap about Covid PlanDemic its been almost two years, it's time to get on with our lives & fully reopen all the business's not some half-assed open. If people are so afraid of Covid 19 then just stay home. If businesses are so afraid of Covid just close your doors and go out of business already. “this DD has very fast service thru their drive thru. the 2 woman i deal with in the early mornings are great. but I have decided to also mention how many times my order gets screwed up and until this day I never got a free coffee. Just i am sorry. today I will start posting how many times something goes wrong with my order. Ask for sweet and low and got regular sugar. They just have to learn better customer service.“

“October Cafe is by far the best coffee shop around Chicagoland…. If you have not tried it you are missing out. The coffee flights change and always come with a wonderful theme. The owners are friendly wonderful strong women who show so much compassion for the community. I am blessed to have found this cafe, as a place that is relaxing and cozy and feels like home. The baristas ring a bell and announce your flight and bring you your meal and drinks if you dine in. So wonderful! “Deserves more than 5 stars! WONDERFUL experience each time I come here. Everything made from scratch. Not just pierogi ---Gelato, soups, empanadas, tamales, pizza pie (takes 50 mins to make from scratch and worth it!!) Premium Belgium chocolates, shakes, Coffee and most recent.....160 (yes one hundred and sixty) different premium teas from around the world!!.....and more to come! They also own the tea room and book store next to the cafe. Owners are THE BEST! Welcoming, personable and humorous. Dinning outside available and pups are welcome!
