Starbucks Coffee Company in downtown Elmhurst receives praise for its exceptionally polite, helpful, and wonderful staff, who provide great customer service and incredible service. The atmosphere is described as welcoming, though also noted as very kid-friendly, loud, and hectic, similar to a play area. The drinks, including the Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and the iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, are called delicious, gorgeous, and yummy. The location is considered cute, but not ideal for stopping to work or relax.
