“This baskin is great but they need to access there uber eats site and get it fixed.

For some odd reason they want to charge AN EXTRA $5.23 for baseball nut when all the other baskins dont charge extra for that. Thats absurd.

And now apparently there menu doesnt have the flavor of the month while all the others do.

This is my closest baskin and i love them but they need to fix the menu. then id say its 5 stars 4 for now.

I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. “This is for anyone who is thinking about coming here or ordering from here. You know how sometimes restaurants put up a picture of like a double beef burger or like a super crispy chicken sandwich and when you see it in person after unraveling the wrapping you ask yourself if you got the single beef burger or the soggy wispy sandwich not the crispy one, it is not so with this place lol you get what you see, presentation wise and performance 10/10 for me I love chocolate lol and for me to say woah to sum chocolate it gotta be legit lol in a good way this is legit tho real top notch quality brotha (this is not a paid promotion) also i don't know what it is but order like a few times from here and mann the bag in which it comes in it has like this beautiful smell I sat there for a while, retreating thinking woah then going back in for another wiff then I was about to dig in then I was holdup woahh I don't what it is but it smells good lol overall this is my personal and humble opinion to summarize tho not to make to long (🙂🙈) I deem this place capital L egit. 10/10 for me, therefore price it's worth it for me. “We love Kimmer's. Our Scooper/Ice Cream Tech/Flavor Expert on our visit, yesterday, was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic. We each tried a flavor that we have not tasted, before. As always, they were fab. My Chocolate Covered Cherry paired deliciously with my fave Aztec Hot Chocolate. My daughter had an across-the-board peanut butter crush, Bear Cub Tracks sharing a Waffle Cone with one of her favorites, Parent Trap. Delish!“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with answering questions and making recommendations. “Such an awesome place! I wanted to get rolled ice cream with my partner, so we stopped by.

They had some flavors I've never seen at most other rolled ice cream places, like passionfruit, which I got and LOVED.

I also hadn't eaten all day, so I ordered something I'd never had but thought I'd be comfortable with: Japanese katsu curry. Holy cow. This was it. So so so good. It was perfectly seasoned and I could keep eating it forever. They also gave a nice portion and even though I got it to go, the chicken was nice and crispy and they packaged the curry separately so it wouldn't make everything sludgy in transit.

Thoughtful staff, great food, and a cute little shop inside! You can watch the rolled ice cream be made and the colors are very vibrant. Huge love to everyone here!“

“My family loves their paletas. There is such a large variety of flavors and everything we tried has been delicious. So refreshing during the summer. Favorites are caramel flavor, rice milk, cappuccino, and passion fruit. They have a huge menu including some savory options but we have only tried the excellent paletas.“

“This is one of my favorite stops while walking around Naperville. They have some of the most delicious ice cream with lots of flavors, toppings, and even different cones to choose from.

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. He made sure we got what we were looking for and shared the recipes so the recipients would know what to ask for next time. The two blizzards were delivered, and the kids LOVED them. Thanks so much! “I enjoy getting an original rainbow cone and I'm thankful there are more locations to enjoy them. We accidentally discovered they have a junior size cone which provides just as much flavor and the (required) obligatory drip(s) on my shirt and pants despite my efforts otherwise. They currently offer the Jr size for a buck off on Tuesday making the trip less costly.
I'd suggest a trip to the original Rainbow Cone at 92nd and Western for the true experience. Walk in, stand in line and sit at the tables out back. The original location is on my personal list of Chicago favorites. Thankfully they no longer close in the off-season...“

I checked one last time on the secret menu and was excited to see the Dubai chocolate brownie! I’ve been obsessed with Dubai chocolate and was planning to make these brownies tomorrow! I was literally one minute from the store. I ordered on my app, pulled into the curbside spot, and someone brought me my order within minutes.
