We hired Ben & Jerry’s to cater ice cream at our wedding, and overall we had a great experience. The pricing felt fair, and they were responsive to our questions and communication leading up to the wedding.
We didn’t receive a confirmation email the week of the wedding, which would have been nice, but they showed up and were set up exactly where they needed to be on the day of the wedding, so we didn’t have to worry about directing them.
