“Classic diner on historic route 66. Chicken basket was plentiful and priced right. Chicken was the juiciest fried chicken I have ever had, but not the best tasting. Still very good! The sides were off the chain. Great soup, mashed potatoes are a must have and the green beans were homemade. The service was a bit lack luster, but tolerable considering how dining out is these days (post covid). Definitely worth a visit.“

“I've been going to White Fence Farm my entire life. It holds many happy memories for me. That being said, don't go for the chicken and mashed potatoes. They should have amazing chicken. It is the tiniest chicken you'll see at any restaurant and the taste is not ok, heavy on greasy coating. The potatoes are horrible and the gravy is worse. I love the sides they serve first, especially the kidney bean salad and corn fritters. For dessert have ice cream with brandy or crème de menthe for a refreshing end.“

“I appreciate having a WFF takeout location closer than the main Romeoville location. Service here was very friendly. The food is exactly like the food at their other locations, so thumbs up for consistency. Their chicken is among my favorite because it resembles the way my mom and grandma used to make it. They fry it and give it to you so it's not sitting on a warming rack like a lot of other places do, so even though I had about a 30 minute drive home it was still warm and crispy.“
