The food and service were amazing, but I couldn’t help but notice that they were extremely short staffed. We got there and half the restaurant was empty, but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Couldn’t help but wonder if more staff could have remedied this issue.
Parsons is a mainstay in Logan square and the surrounding neighborhoods. It's honestly legendary I hope land and sea dept reads this This place is legendary Focus on Chicago and your growth here and continue to pump our top notch classics like parsons and longman and eagle. You got to capitalize on your roots and this beautiful city. The Logan square armitage location is the best by far Grilled chicken, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried fish all delish
