“I ordered chicken wings and asked for salt, balck pepper and mild sauce. They sparingly put mild sauce on my chicken, but no salt and pepper. The fries and chicken were piping hot, so that was good, but they were not ready when I arrived to pickup.“

“First time coming out to try this type of experience. Everything was great and our server (Ryan) did a great job explaining things to us. He even gave some great recommendations on what to order. I’m a carnivore by nature so this was my kind of place. I forget what the rice dish with the egg was called but I enjoyed the crispy texture at the edge of the sizzling bowl. I went into a mini-meat trance after all was said and done but it was worth it.“

“June 7, 2026 nice venue, food presentation was good, but food was terrible. 70 percent of the guests food barely had taken a bite , steak was still alive, chicken was dry. for the amount of money that was spent for such a large crowd, management and chef should be ashamed of themselves“

“We really enjoyed the bbq ribs and the sampler of chicken wings (small portions or tastes). Sauces were delicious (several to choose from - i likedthe house and spicy the most. Other options included a mustard, a vinegar based and one with horseradish). Ribs were tender and smoky. Yum.

Coleslaw was unimpressive and a bit sour for my taste. Other side we tried were fries - portions were large enough to share. We had basic salt and pepper, but there were choices.

Clean up procedures weren't clear so we left our trays on the table. We had given a tip though food was not served.

Tables were picnic bench style with chairs. Everything seemed sticky although regular cleaning was going on.

Sports bar style with a couple large tvs in place, adding to the noise. There weren't many people there but loud.

Ordering was a bit inefficient but we weren't in a rush. The customer service was really good though. Very patient and helpful.“

I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

“Definitely a must try ...well a add to rotation of places to frequent. Went on a Friday night and the owner came out to tell us about a few items/ samples. Not only was the turkey tips tender and flavorful, the sides were definitely a costar. Greens and Mac were 10/10. Oh and let's not forget about the cornbread, chef's kiss. Next trip I make that way , the pizza selection will be a next try and I'm pretty sure I won't be disappointed.“

“This is a great BBQ place in Markham, IL. Not a fancy joint, but the food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are efficient and polite. THIS IS A CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT! They also have lunch specials EVERYDAY from 11am-3pm. Can't say enough good things about them. And unlike my experience in Chicago at one of the well-known BBQ places on the south side, you don't have to wait in line for hours just to get in the door and then have staff be rude and disrespectful!“

The portions of meat were generous and well-seasoned, generously coated in BBQ sauce, making them quite delicious. However, the Mac and Cheese did not meet expectations and needs improvement. I was taken aback by the restaurant's size; it was quite small. As someone in a wheelchair, I had difficulty making a 360-degree turn due to the narrow waiting area. Despite this, the atmosphere was pleasant, filled with the enticing aroma of BBQ, and the chef was friendly and laid-back. Overall, I recommend Medley's BBQ and plan to return to try their Turkey Tips and Fried Chicken Skins.“
