Great BBQ, unbeatable price and nice people there.
We stopped by Tai Ho Yee Food around 8AM for takeout, and there were already a couple of customers waiting ahead of us. The barbecue meats were freshly hung and fully stocked, which was honestly a good sign to start the morning.
We ordered half a roast duck ($12) and two Combination Rice boxes ($13 each), which came with BBQ pork (char siu), crispy roast pork, and pig ear.

Very honest and trustworthy BBQ shop. The gentleman preparing the food is very kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the prices are very fair. They never shortchange customers or cut corners on portions. Highly recommended!

Tai Ho Yee Food Co is a small, cash-only barbecue restaurant located at the back of Chinatown. They mainly speak Chinese but offer delicious roast duck, duck wings, and duck feet at affordable prices. Be sure to arrive early as they start preparing the food at 7:30 am. A large box of food for $10 can last for several meals. Don't worry about the confusing location, just focus on enjoying some of the best BBQ you've ever had and remember to thank them with "mmm goy" in Cantonese.
