“Recently tried for the first time and I have to say this place is really good‼️ Service was good and the prices are fair with the portions a nice size as well. I believe we ordered the 2 meat and a side with a drink for 20 bucks. Restroom was also clean. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the drink cup sizes. It's a small sized fountain drink you get with your order. A medium would be nice, but that's minor. Good food. Try it out“

“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“

“Amazing smoked beef brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. Everything was was made fresh and served piping hot. The BBQ sauce is delicious... sweet, smoky and a tad spicy. The portions are large and well worth the money. If in the area again, I would definitely go back.“

“I found an excellent Dining spot. We loved the smokedJerk turkey Tip. The flavor is excellent and now I found Jerk turkey and it’s better than the chicken. I love green tomatoes the best I found since my on. The smoked Brisket Burgers you won’t stop eating them. They are in rivers oaks right now but they are moving downtown Chicago. If you love smoked flavor you have definitely got to check out Bell Heir’s Barbecue😍“

“Excellant tasting food, and I was a Sous Chef at Chez Paul in the early eighties . I totally know my mixtures and taste relation! This establishment has it together. God Bless the retired Fireman and Police officer! There is no better tasting Rib House around the South Side than 911 ! GENTLEMEN the rib tips are heavenly!?“

“we had the best lunch at the Patio, a great burger and my companion tried the italian beef. the best part was the great service, after ordering at the counter, they bring everything to your table. The tables are so clean, and we met Teo who was clearing tables. He does a great job, the atmosphere was comfortable and immaculate. we will return soon!“

“This is my favorite place to eat , great prices , they have items on the menu that u can’t get anywhere else like the pork tenderloin dinner , it’s huge, double pork chop dinner around 20 bucks take you all day to eat it . Cowboy ribeye on the weekends is great ! I think I’ve been there like 25 times , staff is nice , owners are good people , they treat me like a regular“

“Delicious food! Excellent bread (our entire family LOVES the warm bread)! My wife and I both had salmon with broccoli and two sweet potatoes each (my wife was also given rice). Our 11 year old son had Mac n cheese with a side of fruit (grapes). We arrived at 3:40 on the Monday immediately following Father's Day (we planned this to avoid a potential long wait the day before). We only waited about 7 minutes to be seated, but others who arrived immediately after us were told that the wait would be about 15 minutes. I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND GETTING THERE BEFORE 4PM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE; OTHERWISE, EXPECT A 20-40 MINUTE WAIT! Unfortunately, NO RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.
Overall, a very good dining experience with fast, friendly service and delicious food!!👏“
“June 7, 2026 nice venue, food presentation was good, but food was terrible. 70 percent of the guests food barely had taken a bite , steak was still alive, chicken was dry. for the amount of money that was spent for such a large crowd, management and chef should be ashamed of themselves“

“Definitely a must try ...well a add to rotation of places to frequent. Went on a Friday night and the owner came out to tell us about a few items/ samples. Not only was the turkey tips tender and flavorful, the sides were definitely a costar. Greens and Mac were 10/10. Oh and let's not forget about the cornbread, chef's kiss. Next trip I make that way , the pizza selection will be a next try and I'm pretty sure I won't be disappointed.“

“Came to see what to eat and saw it's Sunday so they are closed.... but I see I never gave a review and honestly I should have a long time ago. This is by far one of the best tasting barbecue spots in a huge radius. From the meat to the sauce and fries it is DELICIOUS!!!! “Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

“I've become a regular at this place. Their steaks are perfectly done and the slow-cooked ribs are irresistible. Their sides are just as good and their rolls are addictive. I have to drive a distance to get here, but it's always worth the effort. Texas Roadhouse, you rock!“

“I'm waiting for my Togo order at Texas Roadhouse in Tinley Park, the restaurant was super busy and some people had minor complaints but the hostesses Angelique and Megan were very very nice and professional, they were super awesome. She handled about 8-10 customers taking orders, cooking food, chopping up rib tips, slicing cake, grilling fish, boxing food...plus more! I was so impressed! She was AMAZING!
