Just spent 25 mins in a drive thru. My order got mixed up with another car. One lady came out while I was parked and was like yea another car got your order. Not we will make it fresh or not. So I went in and wanted a refund and she’s like it’s almost done. I wish there was communication. She apologized but this was ridiculous for a drive thru wait. The food was excellent. The beef brisket sandwich was very good. Service was fantastic. Would come back here again.
I deleted my praising review because lately I've had a couple of bad issues with Nick's. They STOPPED the chicken salad sandwich macaroni salad,baked beans no longer have pork in them which changed the taste, orders are not correct. The quality has gone down hill as well as the service. WHATSUP NICK,????????
