I stopped by your establishment at 12:48 p.m. today the young lady at the drive-thru didn't clearly understand me when I said please give me a large caramel ribbon crunch with two shots of espresso added, when I got to the window she tried to hand me a small cup with just the two shots of Espresso, so I told the young lady this is not what I ordered, then she replied " that I ordered a large caramel ribbon crunch with two shots of espresso separately in a small cup" and I told...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. One customer noted the drink was made incorrectly at the Oak Lawn location, but employee Nisreen remade the order with no hesitation and apologized, providing 100% awesome customer service. Another guest spent seven or eight hours during a festival and praised the employees for great service and kind recommendations of new drinks. However, the drive thru is on the wrong side, with traffic on Harlem making entry difficult and exit blocked. A different visitor enjoyed a barista’s recommendation that was knocked out of the park, saving a photo of the label. The spinach, egg white, and feta cheese wrap did not impress, barely tasting any feta, though the great coffee of the day was a highlight.
