The drive through person did not understand what we were trying to explain to her and when we came to the drive through window she still could not understand and they gave us drinks with no ice and did not state a reason why there was no ice in our drinks... Our food order order was fine.

KFC offers hot food. While some employees are professional and patient, others may be slow to acknowledge customers. The Mid afternoon/ Evening Crew is really cool and super nice, and their orders are made great, nice, and fresh. Customers appreciate awesome customer service. The restaurant is committed to its original recipe and spicy chicken. The Colonel, y'all. Customers may prefer to dine in for better service. The 4 piece special for 10.00 and BBQ nuggets were delicious. The gentleman that gave the order was very nice and made sure the order was correct. Food was hot, service in question. Nia was professional and patient.
