The food ia good, BUT they are really unprofessional as far as customer service goes. I called in to order pizza, and they told me to come in to order thwy don't take pizza order over the phone. I drove 25 min to the restaurant to idea it, and when I got there, they told me they aren't serving pizza.
I decided to get jerk today, YAY! I made a call in order with the nice lady. She advised 30 minutes. I waited 40 then went to get food. Food was not done and they were waiting for alfredo. I waited another 10-12 mins. I received food went home. Alfredo is the worst! I have had this before so I now this dish is awesome! Not today, Alfredo sauce had no taste and cold. Food was great!! It was hot and fresh! And you get good sized portions, for a reasonable price. Next time we are in Chicago, we will definitely eat there again.
