The food ia good, BUT they are really unprofessional as far as customer service goes. I called in to order pizza, and they told me to come in to order thwy don't take pizza order over the phone. I drove 25 min to the restaurant to idea it, and when I got there, they told me they aren't serving pizza.

Ordered a jerk chicken nacho & curry chicken dinner.Received our order after almost 40 minutes and my nacho were wilted and my friends “curry” chicken had leaked all into the bag. I said the curry must be a little watery. She looked past that an open the container and it was BROWN STEW CHICKEN. So we walked back in and told them. The silly woman says we don’t even sale brown stew chicken. Please look at their menu photos where it’s says loud and proud that they sell brown stew chicken! She then went to the back and told her “manager” and she comes back and say all I can do it give u a new container to put it in. Like excuse me? She says her manager won’t replace the food and they don’t do refunds. So I politely left all that mess they called food on the counter and walked out. USAA politely let me know establishments can’t do no refunds and reversed the payment. Cjp will never get another dollar from me or anyone I know.

I decided to get jerk today, YAY! I made a call in order with the nice lady. She advised 30 minutes. I waited 40 then went to get food. Food was not done and they were waiting for alfredo. I waited another 10-12 mins. I received food went home. Alfredo is the worst! I have had this before so I now this dish is awesome! Not today, Alfredo sauce had no taste and cold. If it wasn't for the jerk sauce I would taste only noodle. I need CJP III to get the cooks from when they first opened this location on 103rd. These people raising prices and lacking on taste and presentation. Only right thing today was the very nice girl at the front. So throw that food you serving away and start all over.

Gave it 1 star because I had too!!!!!! Wait time is horrible your food be ready and just sitting there or they mistakenly gave your order away now you have to wait another 30 minutes. I only ordered wings my 2nd time to avoid the wait it still took 40 minutes and the wings were little like they came off a pigeon, salty, hard and dried out like they were warmed in the microwave. My last time was my last time.
