The food is great service needs works with being so new. We went there and ordered 4 dinners we told the girl at the window we wanted sauces. We get all the way back to Mokena to find all our food with no sauces. So we drove back to get the sauce and we got questions as if we wanted to drive all the way back to get sauce and eat cold food. Bob's Hienie's McCarthy's (Of Tinley Park) offers good food, quick service, and friendly people. The restaurant is located inside the Gas & Wash at the corner of 183rd LaGrange and is described as a fried chicken gem. The chicken is crispy, well seasoned, and not greasy. The shrimp is breaded and seasoned perfectly. The chicken square bites are absolutely awesome and the wings are completely on point — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was amazing and the potatoe wedges were loved. Some of the best Chicken, Shrimp, and Wedges with one of a kind breading. The orange hot sauce is a must. The staff is very friendly and welcoming with a great smile and positive attitude, giving the feeling they care about what they are service. One visit noted the fries and chicken needed to be cooked a little longer but overall it was good. The quality is just as good as the original spot. If you spend over $30, you get a free car wash worth $20. The location can be very high traffic due to Orland Bakery being across the open area. One issue was a placed order that could not be picked up because the power was out and they were closed, with phones off and no email or place to contact anyone.
