I use the Jimmy John's app to order ahead of time and pick up. The order has always been made on time and without errors. I especially like that you can earn free stuff like sandwiches, chips, cookies, etc. The people working here are friendly and greet customers as they walk in.
They are consistant for the most part and the quality is on point.One negitive is that i placed an online order and got the confirmation it arrived, but no one delivered. That day I called and talked to the manager and was told they were going to send out a meal and that the lunch was on them.Till this day i never received the money i spent. When i tried to call they told me that i had to speak the the person in charged that day, but when i called they we not around.
