I place an order via internet and I had requested napkins, mayo and mustard packets. When I open the bag at home no Napkins, no mayo or mustard...I also put the name on each sandwich to make it easier when I got home. NO names on sandwiches....I know it was not because they were busy as I picked the order up and the 2 employees that were at the front counter were playing around and THATS FINEBUT PLEASE pay attention for what the customer is requesting!!!This was on Sunday April 7th at 3:20PMTraining must be done to ensure employees do a good job

I always order for Delivery, they always deliver my gargantuan sandwiches and orders. Never disappoints me with how much they stack and pack it. Always with chips and a pickle, they make sure you get full.

Soft drinks have been tasting moldy!Just to update tried this restaurant again 10 months later and yes the doctor pepper is messed up, low on syrup and tastes of mold!Ordered a giant sandwich and it was so skimpy and bare.

I ordered from the uber eats app for the first time, now when I ordered my sandwiches it gave the option of the bread, I got wheat. Unbeknownst to me wheat only comes in sliced bread. Well the app certainly didn't state that so now I have 2 sandwiches going to the garbage. Of course I called and thought it was a mistake and was told basically oh well. Now I wouldn't be upset if I made the mistake but I didn't. It is just too easy to fix that when ordering.

I was so hungry today I was riding down Cicero and I wanted a chicken wrap. Get to counter look at the station where sandwiches were being made omg so disgusting they hadn't wiped it down all day. I tell the cashier with green hair station need to be wiped down she looked at me and rolled her eyes. I left out so fast didn't order anything. Who wants food prepared at a nasty station. I will stick to Jimmy John's in hyde park so clean in there

I ordered for delivery and when I got my sandwich, there was literally no meat on it. They put all the vegetables on but… forgot the meat? I called the store and the guy that answered sounded super annoyed and just said “so do you want us to send a new one” like… uhhh yeah?!

I wish I could give this location zero stars! Every time I go here I am treated with disrespect! If I ask for my sandwich to be cut in half I'm looked at as if I'm a huge jerk! And they almost never cut my sandwich in half. The young boys that work there act like you're bothering them. If you ask for a bag and napkins, you're an idiot! I say hello, I never get a hello back, I say thank you, I never get a you're welcome, I say have a great day/night, I never get a response. The food isn't all that great lately either. I'll take my business elsewhere.
