“Afternoon shift made my drink amazing an I'm glad me babbling about the add ons she knew what I meant. Even though it wasn't on the board. I got a Chocolate covered Strawberry - Creme Frappuccino blended. It's the most delicious new thing I've tried this yr. Their cups are really cute but I don't think for my Health wise I should ever get cups that big? I didn't get a pic of it but they have alot of seating and if you want something more cozier they have a long bench booth thing behind the starbucks“
“Fun fact: This place used to be a Checker’s. That’s why they have that weird double drive thru lane that is blocked off.Parking lot is dirty and full of garbage. They have but a single table inside. They need a good architect to fix this place.The employees are either very friendly or entirely dismissive. It depends on who’s working.The coffee is great.When the employees are friendly I typically tip via the mobile app.“
“Used to go to 79th and Cicero or 79th and Harlem. This location always feels so welcoming. It's the only Starbucks I've felt comfortable sitting inside. They never have boxes or garbage anywhere. Somedays, the workers are low or down, but that's because they're not robots and they're people. It's only every now and then, anyway. I love this place. It's been my favorite location for a while now!“
“Three big things. #1 The service is GREAT. These people work their tails off and it shows, speedy and efficient, sometimes with just one person at the head of it all. #2 the drinks are good, they're made well and quick and gives you everything you expect from Dunkin #3 the food and donuts are awful, the donuts are stale no matter what time you come in, and the food always tastes stale and fresh out of the microwave“
“Amazing service! Unfortunately shortly after receiving my drive through order, I made a turn and it spilled in my car. I came into the store with the empty cups and I was immediately serviced. The staff asked what happened and apologized (although the accident wasn’t their fault but mine) and quickly replaced my beverages. Then they gave me a gift card for my next purchase. Again they did not have to be apologetic or provide a gift card since it was my fault the drinks spilled, but they did. Excellent customer service!! They have a returning customer! :-)“
“I'm visiting from out of town and popped in for my normal pick me up. Overall, the service was good. My only issue is that they didn't ask for my name. Other than that, the batistas seem friendly and appear to have a good flow getting the orders out.“
“Idc what anyone says. Yea of course the lines are gonna be long...it's starbucks?? But the point is, I ordered food on Uber eats (yes I'm lazy). A driver never picked it up. We called and they said we could pick it up. We got there, the nice ladies gave us our food for free (since we did use a promotion in the app), and free $8 gift card for the inconvenience!!!! Amazing, these workers need a raise for dealing with people like us (or even worse) in general. I appreciate y'all!!! I'm sorry I couldn't leave a tip :( but I promise I'll be back tomorrow to do so :)“
“Line was long but they was getting them cars thru very fast. My drink usually takes a while to make I was graced with a medium instead of a small when I got to the window. Made me super happy after the experience i had with the 111th location. Very nice girl in the window. Keep up the good job ?“
“This is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. They get very busy but do their best possible to take care of customers promptly. My coffee is always great and made just how I order. The manager does a great job managing his staff. It is also very clean and pleasant inside“
“Super cute coffee/ brunch/ bar. Super clean , and amazing staff. Expresso martinis are ideal ,and my favorite there. Heads up it isn’t chocolate on top it is a coffee bean ? I think their signage is adorable as well. How you bean? Hahaha such a cute sign.“
