“This has to be the best hidden gem for coffee. If you like the coffeehouse vibe, you’re going to love this place. Drinks are on point, service is quick, people are friendly. Looking forward to experiencing the live music and other events scheduled here. Personally I love that I can work here instead of from home. Great addition to the area. Just keep my pistachio latte with oak milk available. Haha“

“The staff here are always so warm and nice. It makes for an enjoyable experience. My favorite chiller is the caramel coconut macadamia nut one. The menu has plenty of options, even for non-coffee drinkers. Their merch/mugs are always fun to look at.“
“I frequent many Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis and I have found it increasingly difficult to find locations that take the time to make sure they get your coffee order correct. This location has never let me down. I have multiple times traveled out of my way to go to this specific location when I did not want the hassle of receiving my coffee made in a way I did not order it. Hats off to the owner and management of this establishment for making sure the employees know what they are doing and having a great attitude when dealing with customers. If you want your coffee made the way you order it, can't go wrong here.“
“I work at the zumiez across the way, so I’m here pretty much every shift, I’ve very rarely had issues here. And the workers are always kind. They are busy often so they may not come across as friendly. But being someone who worked in food service for 4 years I never take it personally. If you’re in the mall and don’t wanna pay Gloria Jeans prices for coffee, Dunkin is a fine choice.“
“This is overall critique of all stores in the chain. In general I love Dunkin Donuts especially the coffee and bagels. Most of the time the service is good too. However the last five or ten years the variety of foods has diminished. There are less bagel brands and the low cal cream cheese which I usually bought disappeared. The butter pecan coffee and chocolate croissants should be at every Dunkin all the time. Still the gift certificates are useful and it is a good place to meet people.Never too loud and they don't rush you out.“

My car crapped out before I can come grab my mobile order and they told me they'd be able to make it this morning instead since I couldn't grab it. “Im that 10 year old that went there 4 times a day lol..ive been there so much...workers are very nice and are very generous..everytime i had money i would go there on my bike.The workers actually care and i wish i didnt move away because i miss going there.Also reasonable prices!The workers had seen me so much there.My family always likes going there,like my dad!“
“There is such a chill vibe and multiple spaces to enjoy outdoor RN there's even a doggy parking lot. I love the family nature of this business and it is a black owned family owned business with top quality service and fresh ingredients. I just wish they stayed open longer so I can spend more money with them.“
“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“
“Loved the ambience, their milk cakes are amazing. I wish I could try them all but maybe next time. They serve the famous Yemeni Adeni chai but their flavour is not as great as Qahwah House. We also tried their Bischoff cheesecake which was decent.“
