“Today I just wanna thank Jess an employee that was making my cold brew. After making it, I had her add cream. Both the drive-through cashier and her took care of it politely I know it could be difficult when you are attending multiple customers with specific needs I just wanna show my gratitude by stating that great service. I always get great service when I come thank you guys“
