“What can I say, if you are a dunkin fan this one is spot on. It may be a bit hard to get to going southbound on Harlem, but northbound is a breeze. I always get a decaf iced and sometimes it may taste off or a bit old - not here, never had a bad one. Stop by and enjoy!“

“Lengthy wait, the coffee was well made. Half the staff were working so hard, and I felt horrible because the other members of staff made comments literally teasing them about it. I watched a barista cover someone else then update them where they left off, and that person made comments like whatever these people could have waited. This is entirely true, and I don't think people should have to hustle and slave at work just for coffee. If an intervention can be made for those working hard not to get burnt out and try to address teamworking efforts, I believe this would help maintain staffing/service consistency.“

I love the family nature of this business and it is a black owned family owned business with top quality service and fresh ingredients. I just wish they stayed open longer so I can spend more money with them.“
“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“Hopefully the franchise owner can see this.Both times- it has gotten completely packed Mashallah.I’ve always been someone to go to Starbucks ( prior to boycotting ) and other Americanized coffee shops and specifically enjoying the aroma and level of QUIETNESS or should I say INSIDE VOICES while working on some things on my laptop.But that’s just NOT the case at these places- and I’m not the only one sitting with my laptop doing work!!Why does the fellow brothers and sisters gather at coffee shops like it’s a family reunion and get so loud? I thought it was so rude seeing people freely put tables together to fit their party of 10 and stay there for hours while other individuals or couples can’t even pop a squat.I know many will probably tell me to go to the library or stay home if I want quietness and I think after these experiences I might just do that!It would be nice to enforce some kind of mutual respect for others or for coffee shop owners to create a quiet space for those that way to work on their work quietly while enjoying the environment ?I don’t have the desire to be a business owner but someone please take my idea and do it. “My kids and I love coming here. Employees are always very friendly, sweet and polite. It’s nice that they made it a fun little hang out spot for kids. The candy shop in back is a nice touch. Love that there are Fun items to purchase like Funko pop, candy from Japan, and more. Menu has a large variety and many flavor options for Bobba.Can tell the place is growing and evolving over time …. Would love to see another air hockey table or some other forms of games.“
