“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. Every single employee is rude and just ignorant and unwilling to give you any explanation if something is wrong with your order. They act as if you inconvenienced them asking about their screw up. Been told on multiple occasions that the ice cream machine was down only to I'm order later that night on door dash and it to miraculously be working. They are all lazy and need to find new employees.“

“Freshly roasted coffee beans- the roaster is visible in the back of the spacious serving area- with the roasting date printed on the box! I have previously purchased and enjoyed their 8oz offering and came back for the 5lb sack. Stop by to buy beans and to enjoy this spanking new, modern venue in one of Chicago's a post industrial settings. Cheers!
