“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.

These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“It’s a very good place. The donuts are very good 😊 and tasty 😋. I tried there boba and it was wonderful. The workers where nice and the store is nicely built. I hope this place will not go out of business. I also tried two of the corn dogs. I don’t remember one of them, but I remember the hot 🥵 Cheeto one and it was very good and had some spiciness to it and not to much but good enough. I give the whole place a 10/10“

“Today was the last day of the solar eclipse donuts and we were walk-ins. We were really early so when we ordered we were told there would be a short wait. Suddenly about 15 people walked in and the young man working alone and doing it all, drive thru,phone orders, online orders, etc. was working so hard to catch up! A fellow employee showed up over an hour late! HE handled customer care satisfaction like the pro he is. He was amazing and Krispy Cream is lucky to have him! “Food is great, customer service is terrible. I use to go to that Dunkin donuts alot before my shift and it was always a good vibe until the lady with the red hair started working there. Said goodmorning to her in a normal way and she never says anything. Then when I asked how I want my order she has this nasty attitude. Happened on 09/22/26 around 9am. Haven't been there in months ever since I transfer to a different truck lot. Went back on that day and her attitude is the same. You work at a Dunkin donuts at a gas station, humble yourself“

“Im a frequent customer at this particular Dunkin Donuts. The African american cashier was very rude & unapologetically for messing up my food & drink today. Her exact words are: I gave you what you gave me and then told her fellow coworkers that she was over it today. Keep in mind it’s 9am in the morning and you are the very first face that a customer sees at this establishment coming in, she was NOT working the drive through. Her customer service was terrible. But besides that The manager here is very nice, sweet, so it’s a few other cashiers here. They have outstanding customer service & very clean.“

“I love between 2 Dunkin’s and even tho this one is a bit out my way I prefer coming here. I usually come here in the mornings. The ladies in the morning are nice idk what ppl are talking about. Sometimes they forget my cold foam but asking nicely never hurt anyone. I do have to agree that the Hispanic tall guy that works in the evening has the worst attitude ever. Does not want to answer any questions. There’s so many new drinks that I genuinely want to try it but he is no help. In the evenings I rather go elsewhere Very rude! Other than that I like it.“
