Im a frequent customer at this particular Dunkin Donuts. The African american cashier was very rude & unapologetically for messing up my food & drink today. Her exact words are: I gave you what you gave me and then told her fellow coworkers that she was over it today. Keep in mind it’s 9am in the morning and you are the very first face that a customer sees at this establishment coming in, she was NOT working the drive through. Her customer service was terrible.
