I never give bad reviews, but this, however, was a special case. Entering the store, the people who worked there had attitudes and were rushing us to make a decision. The young woman who made the frozen Carmel mocha latte gave our order to a patron in the drive thru, and closed the window. When the patron in the drive thru said she gave him the wrong order, she switched the drinks and tried to give me the one that was in the car.
