“My favorite dunkin ! It’s always good to feel welcome and get my coffee done good :) like always , every place needs some things to improve … which that is okay !!! Most times I have such a good experience here ! But Sometimes there are some moments where I don’t feel attentive enough or see other customers waiting for awhile … a couple weeks ago, I was disappointed how my coffee was not made correctly with no flavor swirls that I asked for or coffee just seem bitter . This happened for a whole week :(…. Although, the last couple days my coffee has been made good with lots of love !!! So I really do appreciate the time and progress you guys make!!! “I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.

These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“
