“This Dunkin location is definitely on the run. The drive thru ran quick and easy. Simone helped me with my Dunkin App and even got me to upsize my iced coffee which I don’t do often. She was very helpful and pleasant. My overall experience was fantastic and my coffee was delicious.“

“Customer service is excellent. The young lady with the locs took my order and even though it was wrong she corrected it with no issues. Her customer service was given like I was a regular customer of theirs. Even though it was busy she still made sure I got my ordered corrected in a timely manner. Wish I knew her name to for her a special shout out but you should know this location is the best in Homewood.“

“This location right here, 3206 West 111th is very, very special to me. I look forward to seeing these beautiful bright smiley faces to make my day every morning. They even know my order by voice, im a regular. The management is a very nice and kind gentleman, as well as the staff, they're so polite and sweet. I feel very good, knowing they are here to serve the community and others with respect and dignity. America runs on Dunkin.❤️💯“

“Today was the last day of the solar eclipse donuts and we were walk-ins. We were really early so when we ordered we were told there would be a short wait. Suddenly about 15 people walked in and the young man working alone and doing it all, drive thru, phone orders, online orders, etc. was working so hard to catch up! A fellow employee showed up over an hour late! HE handled customer care satisfaction like the pro he is. He was amazing and Krispy Cream is lucky to have him! I give him 10 STARS🌟 I only wish I knew his name!“
