“Melly is the absolute best. She should be the manager. Her customer service is amazing no matter how busy they are and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is made correctly and will resolve any issues. I come to this location specifically for her!“

“Still the best I ever tasted. Krispy Kreme ain't got nothing on these doughnuts!“

“If you are in the South suburban area do yourself a favor and come here! You’ll never be disappointed.“

“Very clean and great service provided by the employee who took care of us. I didn’t get her name but overall everyone was nice. I had my kiddos with me and the employee offered them samples so they knew what they wanted when it came time to order, made the process very smooth.“

“Today was the last day of the solar eclipse donuts and we were walk-ins. We were really early so when we ordered we were told there would be a short wait. Suddenly about 15 people walked in and the young man working alone and doing it all, drive thru, phone orders, online orders, etc. was working so hard to catch up! A fellow employee showed up over an hour late! HE handled customer care satisfaction like the pro he is. He was amazing and Krispy Cream is lucky to have him! I give him 10 STARS🌟 I only wish I knew his name!“

“We Love the Munchkins and the Donuts, but especially the Munchkins! Hahahaha! The Coffee is so much better than that other place... The Service at this particular Dunkin was great! I would highly recommend trying this one out, even if You have to travel a little farther.“

“Shout out to my favorite Dunkin Donuts store! Shawn consistently delivers excellent customer service and always knows what his repeated customers want. I prefer this store over any other because of the attentive service provided at all times!“

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“Great and fast service!
But when you go early, around 4:30 a.m., there is only one employee working, so they close the lobby and only take orders through the drive-thru. Just sharing this for those who go on foot to buy their coffee.“

“The manager there this morning, is amazing! He went above and beyond with his crew to help me fix my issue on the app for a order.
Sadly, I didn't get his name, but wanna give a HUGE THANKS and great review for his customer service this morning ❤️“

“Had a wonderful time with Karing and her Niceses at DD.“

“Best cakes in town!! 😋🎂🍰🧁“

“I'm an early bird so I use the app for all my orders. When I pull up to this location they are always on point, sometimes they do have a line but it doesn't take to long and if you order ahead it's a lot more quicker. The ladies in their are always on point kuddos to them.“

“the staff was friendly, she know how to take care of the customers“

“Early pumpkin spice coffee!!! Broke it open early for me!“

“I ordered on the app twice (two mornings in a row) a pretty complicated drink - unsweetened coconut and vanilla with stevia and protein milk latte - and in pretty much standard Dunkin fashion they tasted very different. However, both very passable.“

“Come try the cappuccino blast! Special on smalls right now! Won’t last long..“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“Christal S. was unflappable and SO nice, working by herself and manning the drive-thru too. She served us during a mini-rush which included an ambulance staffer getting a call. Because it was the afternoon, we got our donuts for 50¢ and iced coffees for 99¢. We also ordered "all-day" sandwiches - steak on the bagel sandwich was a bit dry, but the bacon/egg/cheese wrap was just the ticket!“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“.... cofe on times like this“

“Dunkin on 170th Torrence:
This is best Dunkin I've been to in several yrs. Employees friendly respectful. I passed local neighborhood store just to get here. I ordered or ate here 4 - 5 times. I have never been disappointed at this store. Well done“
