“I'm an early bird so I use the app for all my orders. When I pull up to this location they are always on point, sometimes they do have a line but it doesn't take to long and if you order ahead it's a lot more quicker. The ladies in their are always on point kuddos to them.“

“On Tuesday I order a hot coffee and a donut and they try to give me icedcoffee soil paid for that ans for the hot coffee is about a dollar less and never give me my change so today that I got there I ask the girl at the window and I said a word that I always say tacuache but I dint mean it to offend anyone and on the back a hear the older lady start telling that I have to respect everyone and dont call names to the people ... so I told her I talk like that and I dint mean any disrespectful to anyone .. but she Got mad and I told her to calm down that's how talk and she started yelling at me so I talk to her back telling her to comedown.... I am a costumer that I been coming to this establishment since they open and am a costumer that come every single day for months and a whole year around.. but now with this they just lost a round year costumer.... 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽“

“I’ve been here several times over the last few years and my family loves their donuts and especially the apple fritters. I wanted a slice of pizza and decided to try theirs . I wish I hadn’t. It seemed to be a cheap frozen box pizza only suitable for late night consumption by inebriated college students. Do go to Chicos and enjoy their donuts but skip the pizza. Your stomach will thank you.“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“I ordered on the app twice (two mornings in a row) a pretty complicated drink - unsweetened coconut and vanilla with stevia and protein milk latte - and in pretty much standard Dunkin fashion they tasted very different. However, both very passable.“

“This used to be the worst Dunkin in Hammond, Now they are the best! They have made a complete turn around from 4 years ago! The only problem is their drive through, people constantly block traffic sitting in the drive thru and I saw a fight a month ago between 2 people trying to enter the drive thru from 2 different ways.“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“
