I performed private security in the past for a Dunkin Doughnut cafe in 91st and S Commercial Ave and never got paid. Instead of paying me, they ended up telling all the other business owners and their staff members my personal identity information. In addition, they reported me to my department of defense chain and command, and said disrespectful and false information about me. This place actually deserves zero stars. The worker that worked the morning shift today are extremely disrespectful and make terrible drinks. They made my ice coffee's the way they wanted it and not what I asked for. When I addressed the issues & asked for my money back, the manager insisted to add more pumps of caramel when all I wanted was my money back b/c I was disappointed by the previous day when I bought donuts that were really hard and nasty. The milk shakes were gross. They had way too much milk in them. That's all I could taste, just milk. Also tell the little lady that you don't put your hand on the mouth end of someone's spoon when grabbing for it. No one wants to KNOW their spoon was palmed without a glove.
