I performed private security in the past for a Dunkin Doughnut cafe in 91st and S Commercial Ave and never got paid. Instead of paying me, they ended up telling all the other business owners and their staff members my personal identity information. In addition, they reported me to my department of defense chain and command, and said disrespectful and false information about me. This Indian lady who offered me the security position for one time, was being rude and nasty to me. And to make matters worse, when I explained the information to her husband who was a male Indian manager, he acted clueless and ignorant about the service I completed for his wife. And both the Indian lady and male told their staff members they were not going to pay me, and continued to place me in a position of a victim in the city of Chicago.

This place actually deserves zero stars. The worker that worked the morning shift today are extremely disrespectful and make terrible drinks. They made my ice coffee's the way they wanted it and not what I asked for. When I addressed the issues & asked for my money back, the manager insisted to add more pumps of caramel when all I wanted was my money back b/c I was disappointed by the previous day when I bought donuts that were really hard and nasty. I should've learned my lesson my first time, but I assumed it would be better in the mornings since everything is supposed to be more fresher when the store opens. After arguing with the manager to get my money back he told me to not return there anymore and he kept arguing with me which is so unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, his hands look like they needed to be washed, they were so dirty and there was dirt under his nails too. I work in the restaurant field so I know that's a violation to health services. I highly recommend not going to this location!!

The milk shakes were gross. They had way too much milk in them. That's all I could taste, just milk. Also tell the little lady that you don't put your hand on the mouth end of someone's spoon when grabbing for it. No one wants to KNOW their spoon was palmed without a glove.

The young female manager is rude and unprofessional, I have been going there over 2 years, they must have changed owner ship because the last few months, I have notice they are more worry about their personal conversations with one another, than taken care of the customer, No sense of urgency, not all of them just the manager, 2 years and the don’t have to worry about me giving the another dime, sad you got to go out of your neighborhood just to get good customer service.

They get one star for me cuz they had horrible customer service I just walked into the Dunkin Donuts trying to order myself a shake with a few friends I let them go first because I was still deciding on what I want there wasn't many people just one more person and me and my 2 friends the staff takes their order and goes on to completely ignore me they stare at me sometimes but just continue to go about the business if I'm not there to order anyting even though they heard me say several times that I wanted to order a Shake more customers begin to come in and start forming a line they begin to take their orders and completely ignore me as if I'm not there I felt so disrespected I just got frustrated and left and didn't order anything they get an F for customer service

I came in and got my usual strawberry frosting donuts and the vanilla donuts I don't drink coffee so I can't say how it was, the employees and managers where pretty good I just wish they had a drive through.
