I was pleasantly surprised today, matcha latte with cold foam made well. Hash browns hot and tasty. I was greeted with a hello, by a very kind woman. I was there during the morning rush. I did pick up through the app for faster service. IDon’t normally write reviews but was expecting much worse based off the previous reviews. Hopefully that’s a sign management is listening to customers and treating their workers fairly
I don't enjoy anything really n Lansing the worst service n the Chicago land....I asked for a cup of almond milk,willing to pay whatever...the most IGNANT "person" "she him they" harshly told me several time "we don't serve dat!"...I went down the street literally 1 mile and was kindly serviced in
