“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“
“I'm a dasher and there was a slight mixup with what the customer ordered versus what the location could do and who I believe to be the active manager on duty (or at least she should be) immediately grabbed the situation and helped me communicate with the customer and find them a happy substitution.You go Sara(h)“

“I’m so sad they didn’t have the butter pecan swirl or the toasted white chocolate swirl!!! But the two ladies working this morning were very nice. They even added whip cream to my ice coffee with no additional charge. The coffee was really good. They even help recommended me a flavor to try.“
“All I come here are for their iced coffees and Blueberry donuts whenever I visit my parents in Indiana from California. Sure we have a couple of locations out here already but they're not the same. I prefer the Midwest vibe instead of the west coast vibe while I sip away at my DD iced coffee ya know. It makes sense since DD in Hammond is were I got my first taste of fresh Dunkin Donuts coffee and Donuts. The first experience I had wasn't in Hammond, it was in Miami at the airport. They sold me some stale af Donuts yuck! I know that aiport food doesn't taste the same as it does at a free stand store in the city, which is why I decided to give them another try altogether and became hooked. You can't beat their .99 cent deal for a medium iced coffee or iced tea between 2-6pm. The employees seem very nice and attentive, so until the next time I'm at the Hoosier state I'll stop by and get my fix.“

“Absolute best donuts in the world! This place is just so awesome. I've been coming here for years, and the donuts are always great. The Buttermilk cake donut is my favorite, just perfect. This place is OldSkool, just like me. Luv ❤️ everything about this place, please dont ever change anything. I luv the old skool menu, the old skool stools, I luv the old skool vibe, and It is not uncommon to see the founder Burritt in the window still making donuts at 85 young years old, God bless him and God give me the same strengths at his age. If you haven't made a pilgrimage yet to this place, do it and do it now !“
“The doughnuts ? are out of this world delicious! You go there for the doughnuts, it’s not necessarily a spot to hang out. It’s a bit disorganized & hard to communicate orders there & the place is old BUT you go there for the DOUGHNUTS.“
