“This place has the best veggies tostadas. The food is always fresh and service is always great.Vegetarian options: They can make burritos, tacos, and tostadas vegetarian. They always willing to customize items for you.”
“This is a classic old world Polish establishment. Stan and Jill are always friendly and the food is always great. Also ask about the Pizza on the weekends; it’s very good and you can order it with Polish Sausage!”
“This place has an awesome puertorican theme and music. The white rice was delicious and proper. So was their potatoe salad very tasty. The beans was good but missing its sofrito. Their salad was very fresh as well. Their tostones was amazing. I tasted their lechon sandwich, It was very good but needed some seasoning and cuerito!!!!! But it was also good. Their bistec ensebollado wasnt the proper meat. I know this is due to the high prices, recession, and inflation. All in all its all good and I will be going back. Way better than tanias dry dead food. They are also very fast and kind. With all the food they make.. All in all a 9 out of 10”
“Really good food. The place is small but clean and the atmosphere was cute. The salsa was really spicy. This place makes authentic Mexican food. We really enjoyed it.”
“I like it here cause the food is really good. Will probably never dine in cause it's so small. Flavorful. Each time I try something new I am not disappointed.”
“I had a Cheesy order of Birrira and Chicken tacos and Flako fries. Food is delicious and flavorful. Very friendly service. Unfortunately at the moment, there is some road work in front of the business that may make parking difficult. But that shouldn't stop you from trying it!”
“Traditional taqueria, delicious street tacos for a pretty good price. Jarritos in bottles, and some excellent salsa to spice up your tacos make this a great place for a quick lunch.”
“It is definately a hidden gem in east chicago. Food was prepared to perfection. Savory and portions were good. Service was amazing and the decor was very relaxing. Had a great experience. Highly recommendParking: Parking limited but understandable... main street”
“Been coming here for over 15 years! If you're in the area, I recommend making a stop here. Menudo is good and there's not too many places where it's good; especially in nwi. The girls are quick and focused waiting their tables; it can get really busy!”
“Small place with no seating really but great food. Iv been in town for almost a week and i wish i had known about this place on day one. Will definitely be back next time im out this way.”
“So good. Enjoyed everything we ordered including the chips & salsa. Couldn’t get enough of the agua de piña y los chilaquiles verde. Our server Areli was the best.”
“Stopped for some tacos on my lunch break. Asada tacos are good, but the al pastor is 10/10 ???? ?. Very good service as well. There is parking in front in case you drive a semi like me, so parking is no issue. Also try the horchata!”
“This restaurant has become one of my favorites restaurants. Tunc has been our waiter twice now and he is friendly, efficent and has gone above and beyond both times! We started with the Brushetta which was made beautifully, the olives are the staple of this appetizer. Main course we moved onto Prime - Rib Eye cooked medium (perfecto!) Mashed potatoes paired well Creamed spinach and had lemon miraigne cheesecake to finish off a delicious dinner! Pistachio chocolate mousse is a tasty too! Will be back again!”
“At first they got my order wrong but than they made it right. They apologized for not understanding and made me a decent quesadilla.Vegetarian options: Big variety just got to let them know.”
“It is my first time here and I went to the Hobart location. Let me just say that the food was amazing ?. I give it a 10 out of 10, I mean sooo delicious ?. I highly recommend this place.”
