I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.
Young guy was very friendly and was more accommodating that the Dunkin on Ridge in Highland.
The donuts are fresh and they have great smoothie also. The staff is friendly and work hard to get you in and out quickly. I wish I could remember the younger lady that gave me the cup of ice at the drive thur a couple a month ago she was so sweet. This Dunkin Donuts has a great team and I highly recommend this place for great food and great customers service!!
