I simply dont have the energy to argue anymore, i ordered two Iced mocha lattes, and this is what i got. What the hell Dunkin you cant see a difference in this? This is just pathetic. Total waste of drink and money.
Sooo I place a mobile order on Sunday. The cost was over $15. I had several drinks. I paid through the app but when I got to the store no one was there. It was completely empty. I was annoyed. I went back on Monday and the manager was pretty amazing. He apologized and upsized my drinks. He even threw in donuts. I’m thankful for how he handled it! He went above and beyond to make things right. ??
